The word "Fiat" translates to “let it be done” in Latin.

At 15 years old, Mary said yes to God’s will for her life, that she would become the mother of Jesus.

She didn’t argue or ask why this was happening to her, despite the complications it would cause in her life. She didn't respond with haughty doubt or disbelief. Instead, she believed God’s word and humbly submitted to His will.
